Meet Billy Boulay

William Boulay IV (Billy) is a law clerk at Meyerkord Law Group. Billy is currently a J.D. candidate (2025) working towards his law degree at Southern Illinois University School of Law. Before his legal studies, Billy graduated from the University of Missouri-Columbia with a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science. During his undergraduate years at Mizzou, Billy was president of Delta Tau Delta Fraternity, served on the Interfraternity Council’s Judicial Board, worked as a bar manager at Harpo’s Bar and Grill, and spent summers bartending at Redhead Lakeside Grill and Yacht Club.

Billy credits these experiences, both inside and outside the classroom, for cultivating his leadership skills and ability to navigate challenging situations. In his free time, Billy enjoys golfing with friends, supporting St. Louis sports teams, and traveling. Whether hiking to the top of Angels Landing or cheering on the Blues at the NHL Winter Classic of 2022 (the coldest NHL outdoor game in history), Billy is always in pursuit of his next adventure.
